Welcome to HM Baseball, our Summer Consultant Growth Incentive! This season lasts from April 1st through August 31st and consists of 5 games (Each month is a “game.”) Consultants can sign up to play by sending their sign-up sales and sponsoring goals for the “season” to their upline Director.

This incentive program is designed to reward not only specific achievements but consistency as well. You score a run each time you achieve 500 PQV or sign up a new consultant in a month. Consultants earn jewelry, trophies, prizes, cash and recognition by hitting “runs” each month.

While players are competing for individual prizes, their runs will contribute to overall team scores. At the end of each month (game) a Director’s top 5 players will combine their scores to form a team score. The team with the highest score wins the game that month. All players on the winning team who have achieved 2 or more runs that month will receive a game charm (to go on the new HM charm bracelet!)

The top 3 teams (combined monthly team scores) become our Pennant Champs and will receive Championship Awards at the Reunion Baseball celebration!

Individual Play Awards
Players will receive awards based on the total number of runs they score over the whole “season” (5 months). • 6 runs = baseball charm • 10 runs = baseball charm, plus the bracelet with an HM charm • 14 runs = all of the above plus a second charm • 18 runs = all of the above plus a third charm

Our male consultants, rather than a charm bracelet, will earn lapel pins or pins and a lanyard.

Team Player Awards
All Stars: Players who achieve 2 runs for 3 consecutive months (consistency) during the season become members of their team’s All Star Team and receive the All Star charm.

Team MVP: the top 5 “scorers” on each team for the full season become the team MVP’s and receive an MVP charm.

Company-wide Awards
HM All Stars: Consultants with 4 runs for 4 consecutive months become members of the company All Star Team and receive an All Star charm, a trophy, and a $250 cash award.

HM MVP’s: the top 9 players with the highest score (over 15 runs) for the season become the company MVP’s and receive an MVP charm, a trophy, and a $500 cash award. The top 3 players with the highest score receive a $1,000 cash award.

Team Coach Award
The coaches of the teams who become Pennant Champions get the Coach of the Year award and receive the special coaching charm.

April 5th 7:00 p.m. MST we’ll have a company-wide Spring Training call to go over the details of the program with all consultants.

Those who achieve Director Status during the season (April – Aug) will not start their own teams, rather, they will continue to play on the Director team they are already on.
